天候	晴れ 12時前後から稜線では冷たい風が吹いてきた樹林帯に入ると無風
過去天気図（気象庁）	2025年02月の天気図
アクセス	利用交通機関：電車バス奥多摩駅から鴨沢西行きに乗車バスは値上がりするらしい PASMO使用可アクセスを調べる my出発地登録
コース状況／危険箇所等	土に隠れてる氷あり注意アイゼンなくても足を置く所を選べば大丈夫今回はブナ坂からの下りは橋のところが凍っていると下山者から教えてもらったのであえて使わなかった。アイゼンがあるので大丈夫と思ったが、登りメインの歩きのトレーニングだったので再度七ツ石山に登ってのピストンにした。平らなところでも凍っているので注意
その他周辺情報	鴨沢バス停の近くのお店は開いていました奥多摩駅の近くの日帰り入浴施設は3月末まで閉まっているのを知りませんでしたみなさん残念でしょうねでもリニューアルオープンが楽しみですね！
